I have raved about this series art in previous reviews. It is so gorgeous each character drawn with style and detail, with the settings alive and dynamic. The team does a great job each month giving readers a visually stunning book. And the cover of this issue really struck me as outstanding.

The war between R'as all ghul and team Batman rages on, the majority of this issue is concerned with Green Arrow and Black Canary rescuing Conner from al Ghul's jungle hideout. The small Green Arrow squad sneaks into the lair with the help of Plastic Man and his son.

Unbeknownst to them though R'as has his own allies helping him guard Alfred and , Conner, Damien, Dark Batman, El Diablo and Animal man. Taylor includes a small subplot involving Animal man in an attempt at backstory and characterization but it falls a little flat. This issue is also missing the comic relief usually provided by Harley so it is a little grim even for the Injustice title.

Rating: 7.5/10
