The fight we all wanted to see; Superman versus He-Man. Superman starts his assault with his heat rays but He-Man responds with a better attack – magic! Which one of these titans will win this grandiose match of strength, power, and will?

Many parallels are drawn by Superman and others about He-Man’s resemblance to Captain Marvel. Given Captain Marvel’s many losses against Superman, this does not bode well for He-Man. This is the fight we all wanted to read about. We know it has been drawn way back in some old comics from the 1980s but it has not been done recently. The other gem of this issue was Darkseid forcing the door of Castle Grayskull. I expected more resistance from the Sorceress and Castle Grayskull as they have repelled many more opponents in the past. Now Darkseid is not the only villain to have forced the castle’s door open and I hope this does not become a trend in He-Man-related fiction. Of course, it will!

I like the new costumes created by Freddie Williams. They update the Masters of the Universe and even the Injustice characters. I do feel that too many characters have huge proportions that make them look like wrestlers.
