To begin I am ready for this arc to be done. I have made no secret in the past of my admiration of Percy but even he can only do so much with a story. There have been some interesting interactions between Ollie and the JLA, but overall it seemed like this arc has been treading water without going anywhere.

Having said that the opening highlights what a badass Green Arrow is mentally and physically before showing some Emi and Black Canary panels as they also advance their human trafficking story.
Spoiler!!!!

This issue closes with Ollie being a sort of auxiliary member of the league.
The art again is fantastic I am so happy Green Arrow has its own style and it works. If this artist worked on another title I may not be such a fan but because Green Arrow always had its own style it fits and I continue to love it.
