The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret Of The Unicorn


Jamie Bell (Billy Elliot, King Kong, Hallam Foe, Jumper), is all set to star as young report Tintin in; The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret Of The Unicorn.

Other stars to join the cast include Daniel Craig (Quantum Of Solace, The Golden Compass, Layer Cake), as the villainous pirate Red Rackham. The two have previously played opposite each other in the recent Wartime drama, Defiance.

Also onboard are the pairing of Nick Frost and Simon Pegg (Shaun Of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, Star Trek) as detectives Thomson and Thompson and Andy Serkis (Lord of The Rings, King Kong, The Prestige ), who has has also worked with Bell previously. Mackenzie Crook (Pirates Of The Caribbean, City of Ember), who is steadily racking up some serious screen time, rounds out this current list of talented actors attached to the project.

Filming on this project has already started and the 3-D motion-capture feature is due in 2010.
