Scene It? releases in Canada

Microsoft released Scene It? Lights, Camera, Action in Canada today. The new movie trivia game, which released last week in the U.S., finally arrived at Canadian retailers, luckily leaving plenty of time left for people who wanted to pick it up for the holiday season. The game's release is now one of two recent releases which have been held back for Canadians – the other is Rock Band , which will not see release at Canadian retailers for almost another month. The particular reasons why these games have seen delays are currently unknown, though some are speculating that it is likely due to multilingual adaptation.

Wii Zapper now available

Nintendo release the new Wii Zapper across North America yesterday (yes, apparently the name stuck). The new accessory acts as an ergonomic cradle for the Wii Remote and Nunchuck when playing certain shooting games. Each Wii Zapper comes bundled with the Link's Crossbow Training game and is priced at $24.99 USD and CAD. Also, Nintendo and a number of third-party developers have released and are working on a number of games that will support gameplay with the Wii Zapper. Some titles currently available that are compatible with the Wii Zapper include Medal of Honor Heroes 2 and Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles . Please note, however, that you do not require the Wii Zapper in order to play these games, it's just meant to make gameplay easier.
