Merlyn and Dr. Light continue their attack on Star City, blowing up buildings and stalking Green Arrow. The battle between the two master archers is interesting and has some genuine surprises but the story still seems stretched out. The massive deaths and disasters caused by the villains just doesn't come across, maybe because all the carnage is based on the flimsiest of excuses. Ollie also ends up looking rather pathetic as he has so far failed to save a single person despite all his best efforts. The art is solid but also not too imaginative. Again, it all looks like just another piece of padding before the INFINITE CRISIS comes to an end.
