Hervé St-Louis, also known as the Toon Doctor, is the founder of Coolstreak Cartoons, a three-person animation studio specialized in Flash cartoon animation. Clients of Coolstreak, include banks, pharmaceutical companies, advertising agencies, game and animation studios.
St-Louis likes animation as much as comics, although he has difficulty finding any time to indulge in both. The Comic Book Bin is the principal tie St-Louis keeps with comics.
The Comic Book Bin started as a hobby for St-Louis, but quickly grew into something he really is proud of. Heading the largest and most popular Canadian-based comic book site, St-Louis keeps promising himself that one of these days, he'll find time to get a vacation. He takes one every six years...
