Electronic Arts released quite a few games for various platforms this week, only we didn't cover it yet. So, to catch up on some of the releases we missed, we're bringing them to you today.

Brain Quest

This one comes from EA's Casual Entertainment Label. The popular educational card game, Brain Quest , is now available as an interactive game for Nintendo DS. Electronic Arts worked in cooperation with New York based Workman Publishing Company to create two versions of the game, one for third and fourth graders and the other for fifth and sixth graders.

Both games are packed with 6,000 curriculum -based questions each, specifically developed for their levels. Bringing entertainment to education anytime, anyw here, both games include a Brain Mode and Quest Mode. Brain Mode allows kids to choose from an assortment of subjects, such as English, math, history, science and geography, and will engage them with a quick-to-the-fun, fast-paced question and answer format. Quest Mode challenges players to help various characters by correctly answering questions in each subject. Brain Quest also includes a cooperative multiplayer mode.

EA has included a reward system to keep the game fresh, letting players earn points for correct answers, which they can then use to unlock and redeem collectibles. These collectibles can then be used to customize up to six “scenes” in the game. Both versions of Brain Quest are available for Nintendo DS for $29.99 USD/CAD and are rated E for Everyone.
