Now that there is no more distinction between the cover team and the public one, the members of the squad have to fill paperwork, but not for long as they are headed to Africa to remove a dictator suspected of having coercive super powers. However, as is always the case, the case doesnï¿½t turn out the way it should be and the heroes turn against one another. Who will make it out alive?

Although the pace continues to be slow, the story is interesting and there are more insights into all the characters of the team. The characterisation is strong and each is well defined. One of Straczynskiï¿½s strength is to mirror real world events. His comments in this story about American intervention in Africa are interesting and show both sidesï¿½ perspective.

Frank is adroit and a good storyteller as usual. He also masters facial expressions. I like the Amphibianï¿½s face when the Shape called her fishy. This issue was good overall.
