Ubisoft Launches Assassin's Creed 2 Teaser Site

We received a rather interesting link from Ubisoft today, sending us to a flash-based website with the title ANIMUS and a short video showing off da Vinci-style invention drawings (including a censored version of his Vitruvian Man), some of which appeared to be updated versions of an assassination weapon.

That could probably do some serious damage

Not much can be made of the site, considering it's just a teaser, aside from the fact that it is a teaser is for Assassin's Creed 2, which Ubisoft will be releasing later this year. What we did get from the site is that Assassin's Creed 2 may take place in a modern day or futuristic scenario, as it appears that the site was designed as a high tech, high security system, where information is only accessible via the site's image recognition software.
