The finale of this story arc opens with a flashback to Grant Wilson and H.I.V.E. and the birth of Ravager.

Deathstroke, now infused with the speedforce interrupts Ravager's fatal battle with the teen titans. The Titans and Teen Titans team up and meet Jericho and Wally West Flash to enter time stream and prevent Deathstroke from messing up the timeline.
As an annual there are more pages in this issue. Which is a good thing as this comic is packed with story and action. Most annuals I have read in the past have been one shots, sometimes connecting to a story arc on a periphery way, I applaud the creators and editors using the giant sized comic to wrap up the Lazarus Contract. Plus the more Death stroke the better right?

The Colors and art combine in a beautiful array highlighting the story and making this comic seem bright and alive.
