Robin and Red Arrow are in Star City investigating a break-in at Queen Industries weapon division. There is some urgency because as explained with some fancy exposition the weapons stolen are destructive.

In Central City Starfire, Beast Boy, Raven and Aqualad are discussing a reconciliation between Robin and Kid Flash. A desperate Robin calls the Teen Titans for back up as it was established he is facing high stakes and needs help. They show up, including Kid Flash to disperse a tidal wave, only to discover it was a trap set by Onomatopoeia to lure Emi/Red Arrow into the open.

Percy has really got a good handle on the dynamics and teamwork of the Teen Titans. Was this the best super team comic ever written? No but it had plenty of action and a touch of humour and even a hint of romance.

And the art is Fantastic, so detailed and beautiful. Onomatopoeia looked badass, and so did the Teen Titans.
