After receiving reports that some INFINITE CRISIS SERIES 1 ACTION FIGURE INNER CASE ASSORTMENTS (FEB060344) were missing either the OMAC or EARTH-PRIME SUPERBOY action figures, DC Direct offers retailers the opportunity to replace whichever figure they are missing at no cost.

DC DIRECT TO ACCEPT RETURNS ON WHO'S WHO MYSTERY BOX SET #2

Now through November 22, retailers can report these action figures as missing to their Diamond Customer Service Representatives.  Diamond will ship retailers the replacement action figures at no cost.

In response to retailer concerns about the WHO'S WHO MYSTERY BOX SET #2 (MAR060415), which features information about what figure is in each box, DC Direct will accept both single box and full case returns.

Retailers may make returns now through December 1.

Single box returns must be made under the item code SEP068087.  For each single box return, retailers will be issued a $3.00 U.S. credit.

Full case returns must be made under the original item code MAR060415.  For each full case return, retailers will be issued a $60.00 U.S. credit.

DC Direct apologizes for any inconvenience.
