Not resting on the laurels of its successful launch of the He-Man and the Masters of the Universe® series on DVD, BCI, a wholly owned subsidiary of Navarre Corporation, will release 18 more classic titles from the Filmation Catalog, beginning with seven titles streeting in the fourth quarter of this year.  Eleven additional titles will be released in 2007.  All animated titles will be available from BCI’s Ink & Paint brand, and from media company and underlying rights owner, Entertainment Rights Plc (“ER”).  These 18 titles join a catalog of already announced BCI titles including He-Man and the Masters of the Universe®; She-Ra: Princess of Power®; Blackstar; Groovie Goolies; and Space Sentinels and Freedom Force.   The announcement was made today by Jeff Hayne, Director of Acquisitions, BCI.

“With the unprecedented success of the He-Man® series on DVD, we quickly realized that there is a vast audience, and strong hunger, for classic animated television series from the ‘70s and ‘80s,” said Hayne.  “With these additional 18 titles from Filmation and ER, fans can expect an ongoing array of animated entertainment over the next year and a half.”
