In the first of the two tales in this book, a supervillain decides to strike back at the Powerpuff Girls through the one person they can't resist-- the omnipresent narrator of their adventures. It is a great concept which is used well and makes for some wonderful gags. Too bad that it would have probably been ten times better if it were used in the actual cartoon instead of the comic. Less impressive is the second tale where the Gangreen gang leaves the population of Townsville with unmatched socks. Why? Well, because--- just because! It is fairly amusing tale but isn't all that different from the five page stories that Harvey used to grind out. Without putting down Harvey, I think the Powerpuff Girls can do better than that.
