With the 70th Anniversary of the Phantom upon us today, Moonstone Books brings several major Phantom projects to life. With Phantom: Legacy, Phantom: Law of the Jungle and Phantom: The Man-Eaters on the way, as well as the announcement of new regular Phantom series creative team Mike Bullock and Gabriel Rearte taking over on issue twelve, the Moonstone mavens felt the need for a fifth event to round out the anniversary celebration.

Enter Ron (Ion, Cyberforce) Marz, Chuck (Batman, Transformers) Dixon, Tony (Exiles, Negation) Bedard, Rafael (Vampire the Masquerade, Phantom) Nieves and Mike (Lions, Tigers and Bears, Phantom) Bullock.

Once the five writers came together, they quickly constructed a story worthy of the Phantom’s anniversary. It wasn’t long before they enlisted the help of five great artists to bring this story to life.

Disney animator and sculptor Ruben Procopio, Graham (Phantom Sunday strip) Nolan, Joe (Rann-Thanagar War) Prado, Tony (Fables) Akins and Juan (Small Gods) Ferreyra all answered the call.

A Phantom tale like no other, told by ten top talents, and only a giant-size Annual could hold it! "Five Days of the Dragon" spans five centuries, as five different generations of The Phantom battle the dreaded pirates of the Singh Brotherhood to control a powerful artifact from feudal China. But even if the Ghost Who Walks defeats his cutthroat enemies, can he hope to withstand the ancient, mystic power that will be unleashed?

All this, plus a superstar pin-up gallery! If you've never read an issue of The Phantom, this is the place to start!

Look for it in stores this summer, only from Moonstone.
