Devil’s Due offers electrifying action, Big Apple style, in a special 48-page one-shot titled G.I. JOE: Special Missions: Manhattan. Special Missions: Manhattan, which will be releases this February, will spotlight some old favorites in their very own adventure and marks the return of Beach Head, Cover Girl, and Tunnel Rat as part of a crack team of G.I. JOE reserves. Special Missions: Manhattan also includes a special tale – the debut of America’s Elite…Pets?

“G.I.JOE: Special Missions: Manhattan provides great insight to what the other G.I.JOE characters are up to. Plus it’s a cool way to catch up with some old friends,” remarked Sean Dove. “It’s like a summer blockbuster before the summer even begins!”

Writers B. Clay Moore (Hawaiian Dick, X Patriots), Mike O’Sullivan, and Sam Wells, with artists Jeremy Haun (also cover artist), Sean Dove and others, are the talent behind this 48-page, double-sized special issue, which will retail for $4.95.

“There’s going to be some great extras in this issue, including character profiles. It’s almost like part two of the G.I. JOE Handbook,” said editor Mike O’Sullivan. “Jeremy Haun and B. Clay Moore have turned out some great work. You can really tell they were excited to be working on a G.I. JOE project.”
