12 Gauge Comics, popular comic book publisher of such hit titles as The Ride, Body Bags, and Rosario Dawson’s The Occult Crimes Taskforce, is proud to announce the re-launch of their website, www.12gaugecomics.com!

Featuring a complete listing of titles, preview art and release dates, 12 Gauge Comics new website is informative and fun, all at the same time.

“We’ve never had so much content available on the site and our fans should be very pleased,” said 12 Gauge President Keven Gardner. “Everyone can quickly and easily find out whatever they want to know about their favorite 12 Gauge books.  We’ve added preview pages for every comic 12 Gauge has released so far, beautiful Wallpapers from Jason Pearson (Body Bags), Brian Stelfreeze (The Ride, Gun Candy) and Tony Shasteen (The O.C.T.), as well as new store items, a blog, and much, much more!  We’ve also got previews of upcoming books like Claudio Sanchez’s The Amory Wars and Paolo Parente’s Dust, with more updates being added every week.  The web is the most important marketing tool we have and this is definitely a site we can be proud of for years to come.”

For the first time ever, 12 Gauge will be offering free readable versions of many of their #1 issues online.  Managing Editor Doug Wagner spearheaded this move: “I think we offer some of the best reads in comics today. One thing I’ve consistently heard from fans is how much they enjoy what we’re doing.  If we can get more people to sample the quality properties we produce, we’ll obviously expand our base.  Now, reading the first issue of The Ride, Body Bags, The O.C.T, or Paul Jenkins’ Sidekick is just a click away.”

The site was designed by illustrator Dusty Harbin of www.dharbin.com. “We decided Dusty was perfect for this job because of his years of experience as both a comic book retailer and life-long comic fan,” Gardner said. “Dusty knows what both fans and retailers want and need in a website, because he has worn both of those hats.”  Harbin ads, “Working with 12 Gauge is like having a beer with the guys, except with much less beer.  And somehow I always end up paying Cully Hamner’s tab.”
