SPORTS announced the release of the playable demo
for
NBA LIVE 09
today. Available for download via the Playstation Network and the
Xbox Live Marketplace, the demo allows players access to play as the
Los Angeles Lakers or the Boston Celtics. You can choose from current
rosters or replay one of two games from the '07-'08 season use

emulates
the conditions of each game
using
Dynamic DNA, powered by analytics provider Synergy Sports Technology.
Using
statistic data from 25 NBA teams, Dynamic DNA evaluates “Player
DNA”, which breaks down how a player scores, “Team DNA”, which
rates how the players on the floor play as a unit, and “Tendencies”,
which calculates the probability of a players driving left, right or
shooting from any spot on the floor.

scheduled to release on October 7
th
for Xbox 360, Playstation 2, Playstation 3, PSP and Wii and is rated
E for Everyone.
