The Amazons make their last stand against an army of OMAC cyborgs. The reason for the attack is never credibly explained, except that DC probably needed a new upheaval to go with the CRISIS. Some of the Amazons get a chance to shine and the story does leave a sense of the huge loss both in human life and in the failed mission of the Amazons. But the art is clearly rushed. Earlier DC ads said Rags Morales would be doing it but apparently someone messed up. The fill-in guy makes a gallant effort, using a lot of lines to show detail and emotion but these lines often end up making the page look grimey. They are probably going to cancel this book and start off again with a new numbering but they could have at least put in more effort to give these last few issues a bit more impact.
