Well, if you don't know who The Ultimates are, all I can say is…………Huh! These are the Avengers of 2000. No stupid costumes, no holier than thou attitudes. These are really cats, in a real world (well kinda). Marvel's next BIG movie in a comic!

Mark Millar continues here to write a great story. His dialogues really works and you can actually see these cats as an entity in the world today. This issue isn't about fast paced action, page to page arse kicking, but it still tells a good chapter of the story without being boring. The Chitauri have invaded the Triskelion. The Ultimates and all the soldiers that went to Micronesia have shown up on the Chitauri's sensors as dead! So what next!?!

As usual the art is gggrrrreeeeaaatttttt! What else can I say, Hitch knows how to throw down, just needs to do it a little quicker :)

We all know it's behind schedule, but come on, it is a great book. So people don't lose faith. If we can hold out a bit longer, I'm sure we will have a full 24 issues by 2005 :) . To make up for the delays Millar has even decided to have Janet Pym naked all issue. Can't get better than that, can you (well yeah, Storm, ummm).

Report Card – C (a slower issue, but we learn a lot. Another solid outing)
