I so enjoyed ANGRY YOUTH COMIX #6 that I didn't think it possible for cartoonist-on-the-verge-stardom, Johnny Ryan to top it. However, issue seven is unabashedly depraved and supremely funny, if only a tad less consistent than the earlier issue. Ryan's cartoons are the kind of humor that many cartoonists would love to put to paper, but are to chicken shit to do so. It's "South Park" on steroids and what the Hustler cartoons would be like if they were drawn by someone with an actual sense of humor. I look forward to enjoying Ryan's productions for a long time, even if he has to work from behind the bars of one of John Ashcroft's secret jails. By the way, I heartily recommend one of this issue's little gems, "The Latest Fashion Sensation." A-
