New Avengers #4
The New Avengers assemble and come face-to-face with the mystery threat that brought them together in the first place.

So now things are really ready to blow next issue. We’ve had the breakout, the forming of this new team of Avengers, the seeds of treacherousie being planted………and now we know WHO the main intendie of the breakout was! The real good thing was, the fact that (as far as I know) this isn’t a defined Avengers villain. And the story may tie in with some of the stuff Claremount is doing in Uncanny. Some of the dialogue was shakey, but with the forward progression and that ending……well, stay tuned!

Finch gives us another solid issue here. Good character movement and some real nice facial expressions. The Electro pages are good and the powers jump off the page at you. The Quinjet shots are also nice. What really seemed to standout though, was Spider-woman. She really seems to come alive in her costume. And the cover is great.
