Electronic Arts and DICE announced the release of their first downloadable content pack for Mirror's Edge this week. The Mirror's Edge Time Trial Map Pack is available for download for Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and PC. As with the time trials included on the game disc, the Time Trial Map Pack will challenge you to achieve the fastest times possible in races through various environments. The only difference this time around is that you aren't running through environments in the city, but specially created aesthetic environments using carefully placed shapes instead of cityscape.

The Mirror's Edge Time Trial Map Pack is available for $10 for PC or Playstation 3 or 800 Microsoft Points for Xbox 360. Playstation 3 users get a litle extra through, as a free additional map is available for them. Mirror's Edge is rated T for Teen.
