There has been some changes in Archie Comics this year. The company's publisher died, Archie proposed to Veronica, new formats and more continuity was woven into the stories. But other things have not changed like being able to find an Archie comic book in nearly any newsstand, drugstore, supermarket or corner store near the check out counter. And that's what great about Archie Comics from a comic book industry point of view. They are able to put books in consumers hands easily every day.

Archie's network took time for them to fine tune and master and perhaps it's that type of outlook on comic book publishing that is required, besides the motivation to create next year's blockbuster crossover event.
