Wonder Woman regains her mind but her enemies are more determined than ever to get back at her. She may not make it alive at the end of this issue.

I adore the new Wonder Woman series but I am starting to wonder if it is not one of those George Pérez reboot that threaten the continuity and create too many convulsions by detaching Wonder Woman from the Amazons. If Wonder Woman has never returned to Themyscira, it means that many things about her are untrue, including Donna Troy. This situation gave us years of misery around Donna Troy and the Teen Titans. Now, I ask what about the new Wonder Girl? Is her story and connection to Wonder Woman also a lie? It’s a big gamble by DC Comics and akin the many convoluted Post-Crisis reboots.

Although I don’t like how Liam Sharpe draws female faces, everything else about his work rocks. I’m glad that he is on this title and has been able to keep abreast of a tight schedule.
