This issue continues the Fracture story arc. In other words hardcore comic fans know a long lasting peace between the Green Lanterns and Sinestro Corps probably isn’t in the cards. So #23 basically confronts the blowback of the events of last issue. The fact a Green Lantern Corps murdered a Sinestro Corps has dire consequences so leader Jon Stewart has his lanterns investigate on multiple fronts. Which supplies some of the only action in the comic as Guy and arc are sent to bash some skulls which is what they do best. Yet although this issue was light on fighting action it was heavy on story a lot of plot lines are converging to lead to the titular fracture.

Again the art is impeccable, as the team makes visuals for what a Green Lantern Corps comic should be.
