The opening panels are set in a future Gotham with Batman confronting Anarky. After some sharp and brilliant panels and a splash page Batman shoots Anarky and is revealed to be the future Tim Drake Red Robin met at the end of the previous issue.

Then the talented artists and Tynion reveal the present Tim being hunted by Doomsday in Mr. Oz’s lair. Saved by Batman/himself. It is all wonderfully confusing. Luckily though there is enough of a respite of being chased by Doomsday for Battim to explain how he came to exist.

This comic has a little bit of everything. Action, high stakes and suspense. Multiple timelines, a very brief cameo of Superman And hints about a dark mystery surrounding Batwoman.
Tynion and the artists sync well in the telling of the story arc. A couple splash pages really highlight the action and suspense.
