In the last issue of this BLACKEST NIGHT tie-in miniseries, the Titans face off against their deceased members and considering the large number of Titans who were killed off, it appears likely that the dead Titans will outnumber the live ones. One zombie-character in the story even mentions this, chiding "haven't you killed enough Titans?"

Actually, the creative team cheats a little as not all the dead Titans rise from the grave. This makes the story more controllable and makes it easier to concentrate on a few characters who have particular issues with the deceased. The main focus of the story are the dead husband and child of Donna Troy coming after her, the zombie-version of Terra who is still pursuing Beast Boy and the other zombies who are going after the character of Dove. Cyborg, Starfire and Kid Flash are there too, but they handle mostly action rather than drama.

The comic also advances the whole BLACKEST NIGHT plotline with a surprise appearance of a character who gives clues on how to take back the 'NIGHT. Old-time readers may find some parts, like the one with Beast Boy agonising over Terra to be a bit overdone but new readers who may not know the full history of the two, will find themselves filled in pretty well.

The art is a little too posed, considering the emotional turmoil that the characters are going through. Even the scene of Donna Troy confronting her zombie offspring seems stiff. The (non-zombie) women look really hot though.
