Review Marathon
The follow up of Electro’s return as a champion of the people and of course his real agenda. When he was speaking for the public last issue, one could have expected he would have some interesting angle and a quick get rich scheme figured out to get the money he needs to be cured. Instead, Waid took this story in the usual comic book land and have him turned into a creature of pure energy that in minutes can control every facet of his powers as if he were born with them. And then there’s how Electro got his money. Nothing inspiring and just another dumb villain of the month. Again Azaceta’s work is the price of admission.
