Katalyst Lab is proud to announce that episodes 1 and 2 of “Maniac Tours” are now available for the iPad via download from the App Store. “Maniac Tours” is an original manga comic book created for the iPad. The first episode is distributed for free.

Maniac Tours is set in the year 2045, by the beaches of Shonan Enoshima. “Scrap Surfers” challenge the waves of a junk-filled ocean. The expensive antiques that float amongst other items of junk in the sea and a mysterious technology named “Nagisa Engine”, together, bring forth a transient summer in a near future surfer city. Will the legendary big wave ever come again to the scrap infested ocean? Total 10 episodes (planned). Art by Ayako Yamaguchi. Story by Ryosuke Oda.
