WORLD OF WARCRAFT #2 SELLS OUT AND GETS NEW, SECOND PRINTING

The excitement over the new World of Warcraft series continues to build as issue #2 has sold out at DC Comics and is going back to press for a second printing.

Based on the world’s most popular massively multiplayer videogame from Blizzard Entertainment, Inc., the World of Warcraft #2 Second Printing will reprint the story by writer Walter Simonson and artists Ludo Lullabi and Sandra Hope.

“The coolest thing about seeing this book do well is that in an extremely small way, I’m getting to contribute something to the lore of Warcraft that will become a part of its history,” says Simonson. “And Warcraft lore masters around the world, whether they read the comic or not, will come to know a little more about the hidden chronicles of this world because of these stories.  Given the breadth and complexity of the lore, I couldn’t be more delighted!”

World of Warcraft #2 Second Printing (NOV078132) will feature a black and white version of the cover by Jim Lee and is scheduled to arrive in stores on January 23

To ensure delivery on January 23, retailers must confirm orders by Sunday, January 13. Please note that quantities will be limited and may sell out before January 13.  This item will not be offered on Final Order Cutoff.

Retailers may place orders by contacting their Diamond Customer Service Representative or DC Sales Representative, or by email at reorders@diamondcomics.com.

Other issues of WORLD OF WARCRAFT are available as follows:

WORLD OF WARCRAFT #3 (NOV070272) is available for advance reorder and is scheduled to arrive in stores on January 16.
