Screen Capture For Android

Doing screen captures on Android is not easy. I don't want to root my device for many reasons. One of them, I like to keep my testing device as close as possible to what an average user will be using. That means that the average user does not root their devices. All the apps that do screen captures on Android use rooting techniques of the computer screen simulator to work.

There has to be a better way of generating screen captures. Anyone knows a way without rooting a phone?
