Review Marathon
Norman Osborn meets the Molecule Man in a small town in the Western United States. The Molecule Man has captured him and the other Dark Avengers. While the Molecule Man figures out what he’ll do with the new visitors, H.A.M.M.E.R. deputy director Victoria Hand is trying to figure out what to do against this new threat. It’s her time to shine but is she up to the task? I like how Bendis put the spotlight on Hand and explained her character better. She is not just some secretary suffering from type A conditions. She really has objectives and a vision of the world and justice. It’s just too bad that she’s with the bad crowd. The art is better than it has been in recent issues and the use of Greg Horn for the illusion sequences was quite interesting.
