Luthor has split Supergirl into two beings and one of those beings is thoroughly ruthless and more powerful than the original Supergirl. In fact, the new evil Supergirl spends the issue basically chasing after Luthor and beating up the Justice League. The art is still a bit scratchy-- too many lines in the wrong places but the layouts are strong and help tell a good story. The story moves a little too quickly, as though the writer just wanted to set up situations where Supergirl beats up half the DC universe. All these fights have been fun but there should be some emotional payoff at the end of this lengthy run, before the interest in Supergirl slowly fades away.
