Paul Karasik is the editor of I Shall Destroy All The Civilized Planets: The Fantastic Comics of Fletcher Hanks (Fantagraphics Books, 2007), a book about Golden Age comic book artist, Fletcher Hanks.  Mark Newgarden is an American underground cartoonist, illustrator, and filmmaker.  He worked on Topps Co.'s "Garbage Pail Kids."  Fantagraphics Books published his We All Die Alone (2006).
