In a legendary time of heroes, the mightiest warrior of them all is Beowulf.  He battles and destroys the demon Grendel and incurs the hellish, undying wrath of the beast’s ruthlessly seductive mother, who will use any means possible to ensure revenge.  Their ensuing epic clash resonates throughout the ages and forges the timeless legend of Beowulf.

Beowulf, the new film from Oscar-winning director Robert Zemeckis (Forrest Gump), employs the “performance capture” animation process similar to the one Zemeckis used for his film The Polar Express.
