The dark multiverse Batman faces off against another Justice League member, this time Aquaman.

This may be the most complete Metal tie-in yet. Most of the narrative is from the dark Batman's POV.  It is a decent back story and written from the dark Batman’s perspective it shows the think they are vigilantes working for justice and walking on side of angels. Until they came into contact with he who laughs at least.

Most of this story is a fight between Aquaman and dark Batman yet with the history and character work it is not just a slugfest comic.

The art isn’t as stylized as some comics, rather it is a hybrid between an abstract and hyper real style. And it looks great.
