I may be wrong, but I think TEEN TITANS GO! #3 is heavily based upon an actual episode of the Cartoon Network "Teen Titans." In this issue's, "Lame," Cyborg runs into a little problem with ordinary citizens who think he's a monster.

Torres' script is nice, if a little pat, but as usual, his script is a breezy well-paced affair. So far, he's shown a knack for creating single-issue comic action/adventures that make good use of his characters. In fact that's what makes this magazine such a good tie-in with the TV show.

Guest-penciller Tim Smith's art is occasionally awkward and uneven. He seems conflicted between mimicking the show, series artist Todd Nauck, and anime. He's fairly good at the first two, but the pretty stiff in the manga department.
[DRECK, DULL, READABLE, VERY GOOD, EXCELLENT]
