Well, if that isn't weird enough, what would happen if when he started fixing it up he discovered it was a Sentinel! This is such a GREAT story. You have the feel of something like "My So Called Life" crossed with Marvel. McKeever has done a great job in giving all of the main characters breathe. Everything bout this has soooo much feeling attached to it. The character interaction is seamless. This isn't Dawsons Creek, this is believable, this is real.The thing I think that McKeever has handled the whole Sentinel aspect really well. This isn't the Sentinels book, it just features (occasionally) the Sentinel. Not everything goes well for Juston, but then that's life, that's teen angst. That good storytelling. The art is very Manga orientated. Which isn't a bad thing cause it works REALLY well. Everything looks great in these pages. Backgrounds are lush, the characters show emotion and movement perfectly. The colours used also help reflect the feel of the book. It gives you a youthful, fun kind of vibe. If you're not reading this I highly recommend you do.
