The Gentleman Ghost continues his harassment of the JSA, prompting J.J. Thunder to pursue him into the ghostly realms, where deceased JSA members await. The story still isn't moving fast enough as the Ghost's sporadic attacks on individual JSA members don't seem to have a point. We know he has some big plan revolving around returning to the world of the living but he doesn't seem to actually be pursuing it. It is fun to see such old favourites as Al Pratt and Wesley Dodds again but even their appearances seem rather rushed and are jammed into such small panels that you barely see what they can do. By the way, if this was really a gathering of dead JSAers, then where were the original Star Man, Black Canary, etc.? The art reflects the writing: competent and easy to follow but not very exciting. This all looks like something that was put together just to tide us over till the big INFINITE CRISIS event is over. Hopefully, now the CRISIS has passed, we can get better stories which move more quickly to a climax.
