Star Trek: Hidden Frontier Executive Producer Rob Caves and Producer/Actor J.T. Tepnapa join the Star Trek: New Voyages team as Associate Producers for Blood and Fire. Hidden Frontier holds the distinction of producing 50 episodes of the longest running Star Trek fan series on the web. The series draws to a close and concludes this Spring in a feature-length final episode.

"I honestly wasn't sure we'd get past that first season, or if everybody would lose interest and move onto something else." Caves said.

When not making Hidden Frontier, Caves works as a Film/Video Editor in Hollywood, California. Prior to that he worked as a Post-Production Assistant for 20th Century Fox, and as a Production Assistant for Stone Stanley Productions while in college.

Tepnapa is the Casting Director and a Producer for the series, as well as playing Lt. Commander Cory Aster, Engineer of the U.S.S. Excelsior. Tepnapa has written and produced a number of successful and award-winning independent projects and has formed his own production company, Blue Seraph Productions.

“I have always been a fan of Hidden Frontier,” said STNV Executive Producer James Cawley.  “I look forward to working with both of them to make this extraordinary episode.”
