"Baneberry Creek Academy for Wayward Fairies" comes to Blue Water

Blue Water Productions will be launching Blue Water H20, which will be a division of comics for all ages. The first one in the line is Violet Rose to be released later this month. The 2nd is Baneberry Creek Academy for Wayward Fairies, which is an epic event for all ages.  This book is also generating talk in Hollywood already. The series will start in May 2008 created by Darren G. Davis, written by J. Winters and drawn by Brian Hess.

Blue Water Productions describes Baneberry Creek Academy for Wayward Fairy as epic event for all ages.   Sierra, Gloss, Link, and Iris struggle to find themselves when they start their freshman year of high school at Baneberry Creek Academy for Wayward Fairies.  Coming from a public school, their new lives are full of struggles like fitting in, attracting boys, and schoolwork. And if that wasn't hard enough, they learn that they may be the only ones that can stop Tanya, the evil fairy queen, from obtaining an artifact that will give her the power of the Fairy gods. With the help of their housemother, Rhianna, the girls learn their inner strengths, but are seduced by Miss Razz to stay out of Tanya's way. Will the girls learn to work together to defeat Tanya?  Or will they allow themselves to be misguided and watch as their world comes crashing down?  Baneberry Creek Academy for Wayward Fairies promises to tantalize and surprise.

"I have seen so many Fairies books done so boring and wanted to do something really cool and different,” creator and Blue Water president Darren G. Davis said.  "I am also really surprised that there has been interest with a couple of studios for the rights to this book".

"What I want to do is make you smile, make you laugh, make you cry; what I want to do is tell you a story, but not just any kind of story.  I want to tell you a fairytale.  As the story evolves, you will be pulled into the pages by the book's amazing art.  However I must say that Baneberry Creek Academy for Wayward Fairies is not your typical fairly land, and if I have indeed done my job as a wordsmith, then it will bring a tear to your eye, a crackle to your throat, and a smile to your face," Said writer J. Winters.
