Now that the wedding of Storm and the Black Panther has been announced, the rest of the world reacts in their own ways to the news. However, the wedding of two well-known adventurers, one being a mutant, the other, a head of state means there will be a lot visitors on hand and that the security of the various guesses will be a major issue for Wakanda, and other interested parties.

The majority of the issue is about the reunion of Storm with family members she never met before. Although very interesting, one can become confused about the various lineage and strands of her family, especially if one does not pick up other X-Men books and the Storm mini-series. This is Marvel’s way of making crossovers. That’s not a good thing. Still, the reactions of all the X-Men, including in particular Forge are truthful.

You’ll notice that Storm on the cover looks like Halle Berry of the X-Men while retaining some of her traditional looks from the comics. That’s a great way to reinterpret the character and why I like this series so much. When we saw Blade, he looked like Wesley Snipe. Of course, the inside artwork is as beautiful.
