Harvey Dent debates with himself on whether to resume the role of Two-Face. We know how it is going to end-- heck, we can see it on the cover of the magazine! The Bat-writers always dangle this hope of Harvey reforming but everyone who has been reading comics for more than six months knows that is never going to happen so there is no suspense there. The writer does make Harvey's inner conflict more real and even makes the character more sympathetic. But it stretches credibility to think that Batman would make someone as mentally-fragile as Harvey Dent, the guardian of Gotham. The art is suitably dark and menacing, playing on the theme of darkness and light well but it could use more fluidity.
