This time attacks the Asgardian known as Balder. She makes him questions Thor’s authority in order to hurt the latter. As Balder decides to go out in the world on his own to discover it, he finds that the freedom Thor said he had is not really freedom and that he is still restrained and unable to find purpose in his life. Will Loki’s offer lure him to her wishes and make him a new threat for Thor? At this point, I have to ask why Thor keeps Loki around and why although they have doubts about her, other Asgardians still let her walk freely? I like the tricks she used to trick Balder and what she reveals to him at the end of the story will make for great stories in future issues. I just hope that Thor will be up to the task of defending his own against Balder’s rage. Coipel is back and not too soon! Morales’ inking are less solid and sketchier than in the past. I continue to enjoy how Coipel gives expressions and pantomime to his characters. He is the best Thor artist I can think of these days. His old folk’s style is perfect for the Asgardians and town folks.
