I may have mentioned in a previous cartoon how the creative team at DC seem to transcribe their animation style onto their comics and that is the case here. So going in I have a nostalgic fuzzy feeling reading this. It opens with top cat talking to his peers about being rich,rich rich and busted by a cop. Whereupon Top Cat relates that Hoagy's ally is haunted by the ghost of Hoagy. Sounds like a job for Scooby-doo and the gang and Officer Dibble calls them in to investigate.
