A strange prophesy though singles out Oliver as a catalyst in the impending destructive change Seattle might be facing. Writer Benjamin Percy weaves an interesting story about the "Rise of Star City," which also happens to be the name of the current arc in Green Arrow. What this ultimately means for the City of Seattle is dubious. Will the DC Universe's City of Seattle get renamed to "Star City?" The answer isn't clear, but events in this issue don't bode well for Seattle. Artist Juan Ferreyra's style fits the Seattle atmosphere and surrounding. It looks as if Ferreyra uses colored pencils, and the effect is a misty, foggy one that perfectly portrays the wet atmosphere of the Pacific Northwest. Oh, and his action choreography and grasp of anatomy, detail, and landscape are pretty darn good too. The overall result is a darkly atmospheric, but still sharp and defining.
