As the title suggests Bizarro is regressing from his genius state back to the Bizarro most familiar to comic fans.

The Outlaws face off against Queen Bee, or as she prefers to be known the Hive Queen to open this issue.

So in some ways this is a multilayered story with a plot and subplot. The problem (and I don’t pretend to know how to get around it) the reader is privy to information the comic's characters don’t know. There is a hint of action and drama yet neither are fully fleshed out.

A title that I have come to appreciate for the art did not let me down though, each panel is super detailed and stylized. Gorgeous in other words. And there are not standard 6-8 panel pages instead the issue is laid out as a visual smorgasbord.
