When his gender is discovered, he is thrown is prison and meets the king’s former confidant who proceeds to explain how the king went mad. Eventually he begins to teach the king the meaning of love and before long both begin developing feelings for each other. This volume depicts the king’s supposed death and Sehara’s reaction to it. Upon hearing the news he falls into despair that is until he learns that the king still lives causing the two to set out on path to find each other once more. Admittedly not being a fan of yaoi, this was difficult to get through. Don’t get me wrong, not all yaoi is bad but this volume just seemed to drag.
